Grateful and patiently waiting on the Lord

The Word through Pastor Bridges’ this morning was “The Lord Has Been Good to Me” (Psalms 40:1-5). If the Lord has been good to you, you ought to tell it! • Expressions of gratitude were received from the family of Vanetta Sarratt.
• The Men’s basketball team will have their tournament basketball game tomorrow night at 6:30pm at Your Best Body – all are invited to come out to support the team.
• Missionary #2 will meet at Concord Acres, Tuesday, June 25th, at 6:30pm.
• Senior Gospel Choir will practice Thursday, June 27th at 5:30pm.
• Shining Star’s Rehearsal will be the 5th Saturday, June 29th, at 12pm.
• Youth day is June 30th – please give all awards and recognitions to Shari Byers.
• June 30th – Singing Convention.
• Summer Camp will be closed July 1 – 5.
• No Bible Study July 3rd.
• July 8 – 11 – Vacation Bible School at Concord Baptist Church
• July 14th – the Church Family is invited to Mt Zion Baptist Church, Gramling, SC for their Homecoming Service. Dr Bridges will deliver the Spoken Word.
• July 21st – Pastor Bridges will be speaking at New Light Baptist Church, Georgetown, SC for their anniversary.
