Fourteen Wonderful Years!!!

Today we celebrated the 14th Anniversary of Dr. Michael A. Bridges becoming pastor of the Concord Baptist Church. We take the time to honor our pastor and his family in alignment with scripture, 1 Timothy 5:17, “Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.” Because he is truly an honorable man of God and worth DOUBLE honor, we do appreciate his service and the sacrifices he and his family make to allow him to continue as God has ordained. As Rev. Davidson accurately pointed out this morning, he is “Just Right for the Job”! (Phillipians 2:19-22)

We also want to thank Rev. Freddy Davidson, Lady Davidson, their choir, and the entire Ebenezer Baptist Church Family for worshipping with us and sharing in this joyous occasion. Many thanks to all of the committees/members for all  the work done to make this day so special! It was beautiful and the food was fabulous! Job well done!
