The King Within You

God has so much that He requires of us! All we have to do is say yes and submit to His will for our lives to obtain his promise of life and peace. This morning, Dr. Bridges talked about “The King Within You” (Romans 8:1-9). Which king are you following? The devil or King Jesus? Beware – the devil will lure you with his traps of balking, looking, peeking, and crooking…  We all have sinned and fall short, but thank God for King Jesus! Because of Him, we can have victory in the end! If you don’t have a church home, we welcome you to join us this Sunday at 10am to see for yourself what God can do!

• The Senior Gospel Choir will practice this Thursday at 5:30pm.
• September 6-7 at 7pm nightly, Pastor Bridges will preach revival services at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Chapin, SC.
• The Shining Stars will NOT rehearse this Saturday.
• Mikes Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Antioch Kingdom Building Ministries and Indian Hill Baptist Church invites everyone out to the Kingdom Women’s Ashes to Beauty Empowerment Conference on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10am. The special guest speaker is Pastor T. Renea Glenn of Restoration Church of Prayer, Wellford, SC.
• 3rd Annual Healthy Mind, Body, and Spirit Fair – Saturday, September 10th from 9am-1pm. Limestone Presbyterian Church of Gaffney, SC. Free Health Screenings from 9-11 (Ages 18+ and must be fasting for 8 hours prior to screening). There will be educational presentations, healthy refreshments, and door prizes.
• Metropolitan AME Zion Church of Gaffney, SC – Annual Homecoming & Revival Services will be held Sept. 11th at 2:30pm with Rev. Elaine White of Trinity Fellowship Church bringing the Word and Sept. 12th – 14th at 7pm with Rev. Dennis Featherstone & Rev. Jawwad Love as the revivalists.
• The Mass Choir Anniversary will be held on Sunday, September 11th at 3pm. Please come out and support the Mass Choir.
• Greater New Hope Baptist Church of Simpsonville, SC is having their Annual Revival Services. On Sept. 14th at 7pm, Rev. Bridges will be the revivalist and the church family is asked to attend this service.
• The Usher Board Anniversary program will be held on Sunday, September 18th at 3pm. Rev. Thomas Yeargin and the Greater Hopewell Baptist Church, Startex, SC along with his ushers and choir will be our special guests.
• The TMBA Junior Missionary Bible Week Program will be Saturday, September 24th at 11am at Bethel Baptist Church. Choir rehearsals for the Youth Program will be on Saturday, Sept 3rd  and 10th at 11am at the TMBA Building and on the 17th at 10am at Bethel.
